If you dont have cable but still use optimum for Internet. The app does not work. Very silly and unprofessional. You can easily use your iPhone/iPad to just browse to News 12 site and watch the live feed. So, what is the point of not allowing users with no Cable. Would never use their apps and would not recommend them. They do not care about the people living in their area. Very sad.

I am an optimum customer and suddenly getting message that Im not authorized to use this app? Why all of a sudden? Incredibly lame, I will get my news elsewhere

News 12 without warning suspended optimum online subscribers from using the News 12 apps. I pay almost 75.00 for high speed internet and do not want cable tv. I dont use it. Now if I want to use the app I must subscribe to basic cable? No thanks. This is bad customer service.

Would give no stars if I could. You get push alerts but cant open the app to see the story. Just keeps giving error message when trying to launch. Typical Dolan brothers dont give a crap.

I am a optimum triple play subscriber and since last update it states "not subscribed for this service" but I actually am supposed to be Subscribed with my triple play package. So if I could give 0 stars I would. Its surprising that they would release an update without checking if it blocks paying customers. I bet the developer or whoever released the update wont be with the company for long. Good luck.

Keep opening stories and it just exits the app. I delete it and re-install still does the same. Please do something!!

Ever since I downloaded the new update I cannot open the app. It says that an error has occurred and to close and reopen the app. But when I do I get the same message. Please fix this.
