Hey all, I also had the App crashing after the update, but tried to uninstall the App, then re-install it, and it now works every time I load it. Yes...youll also need to put you login info again after you uninstall / then re-install it, but if youre still a legit Optimum customer, thats not a problem, right..? Youll just need to do that once, after running it for the first time after re-installing it.

I like the new app updates I received today but needs a notification update not enough notifications I have them on just not showing up on lock screen

You keep advertising the app on your broadcast but all it has is Long Island!

Was looking forward to this update unfortunately this app no longer launches on my iPhone 6. Just a either a constant black screen or a constant loading screen.

If youve got an older version of this app keep it. Ive used this app for a couple of years now and though its always had some stability problems on start up this new update is just a piece of crap. I like getting the local news from New Jersey but this app is virtually unusable, so Ill watch the NY or Philly stations and drop this.

The new update no longer opens on my phone, there is an error message. Ive shutdown, deleted and redownloaded the app multiple times now and same problem. The previous version worked fine! Its really frustrating b/c this is usually the only local NJ dependable news outlet. This is not the first time this app has issues after updating. Its almost as if new 12 does not beta test EVER - stupid move!

This app will not open! I tried deleting it and re-downloading it to not avail. It still does not open. Going to delete it from my phone because at this point its just a waste of space. Ill find a better news app.

This hasnt loaded for me in months. Im on the iPhone 5s. Originally it just crashed a lot. Then it would stay on the loading screen. I waited for updates but none have resolved it. It just gets as far as the loading screen and no more.

Ive been using this app for 2 years now specifically for the traffic cams and traffic report. The app is always force closing. I dont think Ive ever been able to be on the app for more than a minute without a force close...

Ever since the latest update the app does not load. Please fix!! Now with this blizzard would love to see it on my phone!!!

Newest update app opens for some articles but mostly it crashes. I have an iPhone 6P.

When I choose the poll option on my iPad version of this app, my vote is not registered. When I push the button of my poll selection as the answer to the poll question, the app does not allow it to register. The app works well on my iPhone but not on my iPad.

App never works, while loading the following message pops up every time without fail "error loading content." The push notifications work, but what good are they if the content is unable to be read?

I havent been able to open this app since November!! Im deleting it.

Its very unnecessary to play a 30 second ad every time someone wants to watch a video on your app. GET RID OF THEM!!

None of the news12 apps work, all of a sudden they all say invalid login. I tried to delete apps then reboot iPad and re install nothing works. They use to be useful apps, once upon a time.

The polling buttons stop working. Only way to fix is to delete and reinstall app. Also the commercials are ridiculous to have to watch when we are paying for cable. Maybe just give commercials to people that dont have news 12

After using this app for months they now tell me my login is invalid???? Totally disgusted.
