Still cant open even after updated.

For the last 2 days when I have tried to open this app it has crashed!!!!!

All of a sudden, it logged me out and when I try to get back in it tells me invalid username or password...what happened? I know Im logging in with the right credentials!!!

I dont think Ive ever given an app connected to Optimum more than 1 star, but the app is working the way its supposed to. The news is lame but the app far exceeds my low expectations. No issues with crashing or technical glitches.

Great job trying to improve this app. Wont even open. Multiple crashes. Before it would only crash once at start-up then open with the second try. Doesnt someone test these updates before releasing them??

Always an awesome app until I updated my app recently and now it will not load on my iPhone! Please fix this issue!

What if you forget your password?...what no reset...who made this app a toddler!!!!

Since the last update, the app will not load and just crashes.

Since the update, the app does not work at all. I liked it before, now Im moving on to other new apps.

Newest update crashes, before update enjoyed this new app

The app shows the loading screen for a while, then crashes. Its terrible that they havent fixed this yet!

Since the last update I havent been able to use this app. It opens to the news 12 screen and then just freezes for a min or so and then closes

Cheap crap. They stuck advertisements in the middle of the news stories so if you scroll thru them you cant help but click on the useless advertisement links.

Please fix the bugs since the new update I am unable to even open the app. My phone freezes on the opening screen.

If i could give it no stars i would. This app is the biggest waste of space it never works. Constantly freezes & crashes & thats if youre even lucky enough to have it open in the first place. Deleting it because im sick of wasting the space to keep a USELESS app.

I watch News 12 Brooklyn every morning around 4 a.m while getting ready for work. However I think I will resort to other news channels from hereon on because this morning - Wednesday Dec 2 they were showing close ups of rats . You can do a news story and not be so photogenic ( for lack of a better word). I am done with News 12 and if I want to hear the weather channel 61 will be great. See you Magdalena.

The News12 app is on par with all of Optimums other iOS apps. They cant be used without creating a frustrating experience.
